It’s going to be a great, informative e-newsletter that all you moms will love! And it’s run by a client of mine, so be sure to tell her I sent ya when you sign up!
2- I’m currently working on the Kids in Boerne photography project, capturing images for this website and newsletter. So if you’d like your kids to participate, please let me know. I’d like to get photos of your little ones feeding the ducks at the creek, fishing or boating at the lake, running their own lemonade stand, playing at the gazebo, eating a snowcone at SnoBiz, getting their hair cut at Wackadoo’s, tubing the Guadalupe, running through a sprinkler in their front yard, enjoying ice cream at Marble Slab, mixing and making a mess at the Boerne Cooking Cottage, biking the hike and bike trail, etc…

Help us get the word out…
We would like our images displayed in businesses. If you own a business or know of one that might benefit from beautiful portraiture on their walls, please let us know. In exchange for letting us hang our art and put out pamphlets, the entire staff will receive free portrait sessions and will regularly be treated to goodies (Bear Moon and Bumdoodler’s have been our treats of choice!).
We also want to be involved in more schools, teams, and organizations here in Boerne. Please let us know who we can talk to about photographing portraits for your child’s preschool, dance team, scout den, etc.
Gearing up to enter the Professional Photographer Magazine cover contest… but having a hard time picking just a few favorites.
Here’s a handful of my favorite images over the last year or so. Which would you like to see be on the cover of a magazine? 
It’s taken over a week to realize that Alice is leaving Shutter-Happy. Tears have come and gone. Like she said to me, I had also pictured us growing old together. I actually saw us opening up a big studio in town together one day. I 
thought we’d always be partners in crime.
But with her other job at the library, her girls’ crazy schedules, and lack of computer time, she felt she wasn’t able to dedicate enough time to me and you, our clients.
So I say good-bye… and thank you.
Thank you for over two years of
service and friendship. You will be truly missed.

Nathan, Ben, and I walked in our fifth Race for the Cure this morning.
With cool breezes and tens of thousands of other people, we walked the streets of San Antonio to help raise money for breast cancer research, awareness, and treatment.
Ben rode his scooter. And Evan either relaxed in the stroller, rode on my shoulders, or walked all on his own. (he loved it!)

What a great time we had last night at the Movies in the Plaza event! We watched Charlotte’s Web in our camping chairs while eating snowcones under the stars with good friends.
(And we were thrilled to help sponsor this event and see our name up on the big screen!)
